Instructor Erica Hoven offers this small weekly class, designed for all skill levels, by donation.
Designed for all levels of practice, this 60-minute class will help you release stress and increase range of motion. Class will typically start by bringing awareness to our breath. Some days, we may explore different breathing practices; other days, we may start by practicing concentration techniques (meditation). The movement portion of class will be at a relaxed pace, with an emphasis on coordinating movement with breath. You can expect elements of strength building, balance, and practical mobility exercises. This practice is for AnyBody - if you can breathe, you can do yoga! Using blocks, blankets, and chairs for support is encouraged. Beginners are always welcome.
