Notice is hereby given to all Covenant Members, Associate Members and others concerned, of the Annual Meeting of the First Congregational Church of Kittery, United Church of Christ, Kittery Point, Maine to be held in the virtual Zoom Meeting Room of said Church (Meeting ID: 715 204 1865, password: 03905) on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. EST (or Sunday, March 13, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. EST in the event of a weather or other emergency) for the following purposes:

Article I—To receive and take appropriate action upon the reports of the Church Officers, Boards and Connected Societies of the Church; in the case of the Nominating Committee, to receive the report thereof, but to postpone action thereon, until the nominations are open to the floor.

Article II—To act upon the report of the Nominating Committee.

Article III—To consider any concerns which may be presented by the Boards, Committees, or others of the Church, and to take action thereon as may be appropriate to the welfare of the Church.

Article IV—To take action on any proposed changes to the Church Bylaws.

This meeting is called pursuant to the bylaws of the First Congregational Church of Kittery, United Church of Christ, Kittery Point, Maine adopted February 23, 2020.
