We need to schedule workshops and crafts with blueberry theme, blue items, Maine items. 
Perhaps soaps, sea glass frames, mirrors with epoxied shells, Tea baskets, hand painted signs with Kittery Point Longitude and latitude

Do we want to: 
-Invite other churches women’s groups to have a table?
-llamas and alpacas?
-Kids craft
-kids games

Vendors:   Can we locate the vendors closer together to fit in a tent for music, etc?
How about giving each vendor a “welcome” packet when they arrive with church info, bathrooms, etc AND a food menu/order form and a feedback sheet.

Lunch:  We need to set a menu – several different ideas have been tossed around

Like the idea of blueberry pie and ice cream desserts being made available throughout the day.               

Music:  Can we get someone to head this up?
